We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, just email us at support@jadeandher.com with your order number and a quick note on what didn’t work out, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
A few things to keep in mind:
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it gets back to us safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We know waiting on a refund isn’t fun, so we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Need a different size or color? No problem, we’re happy to offer exchanges to make sure you love what you receive.
