Step 1: Hand width
Hold your hand flat, fingers straight and together. Measure across the widest part (below the knuckles, thumb not included).
Step 2: Hand circumference
Bring fingers together like you’re putting on a bangle. Wrap the tape around the widest part including knuckles and thumb.
Step 3: Your size
Tip: When your recommended range shows two sizes, choose the smaller number for a snug fit, or the larger number for an easier, looser fit.
